By public transportation:
To get to the surf house you will have to follow the following steps (the whole trip takes around 3 hours):
1 - Uber/ Pickme from Bandaranaike International Airport to Kadawatha Bus Station – around 18€
2 - Bus from Kadawatha Station to Galle Bus Station ( 2h) – around 6€
3 - Taxi from Galle Bus Station to Ahangama – around 18 €
By private transfer:
From the Airport we can organize a transfer directly to the surf house - 65€ per way per car

The centre of the south coast of Sri Lanka surf scene stretches from Hikkaduwa to Welligama with differentwaves for all surf levels.
Kabalana beach, the spot in front of the surf house, is right in the middle of this coast and offers fun beginners' waves with multiple peeling peaks.
During the quiet swell period of December to March, waist to head-high waves are common and you can often find glassy and dreamy conditions.

Wetsuit not needed. Bring a surf hat to protect yourself from the sun.

The surf house is located close to Kabalana beach and has 6 private rooms and 2 shared rooms (all have bathroom and AC). A big pool is situated right outside and the nearby tables host all the delicious and tasty breakfasts and dinners.
The surf house is only a min walk from the beach and you be close to all the surf action!
