You can join a surf week anytime from June 1st to August 31st. Weeks start and finish on Saturday.

We recommend flying to Biarritz (1h) or Bordeaux Airport (1h50m) to reach the camping in Moliets.
Check in and check out is on Saturdays and the easiest way to get to the camp is to take one of the shuttles available every Saturday.

The Southwest of France is probably the most famous wave destination in Europe. Warmer water than North Spain and Portugal and long consistent beachbreaks in the Biarritz to Moliets area make this region a surfer's heaven and a beginner's paradise.
This is especially true in the Summer months, when consistent NW swells hit the coast bringing gentle rolling waves that are perfect for beginner surfers.
Wave size is waist to chest high and Moliets is a wide beach break, with multiple beaks up and down the beach breaking left and right. There are no rocks and you can find space in the line-up to learn.

Expect sunny and warm days and chilly mornings and evenings, due to the vicinity of the Ocean
The new deluxe tipi tents in the Moliets camping are set up on elevated decks surrounded by trees. Each tipi has electricity to charge your devices, raised bed frames and high-quality memory foam mattress. Bedding and pillows are included in the package.
Sleep in comfort, style, rain and bug-free. Under the outside deck you will find plenty of space to store your surf equipment.
The tipi can be set up as a shared twin with two single beds for you and a friend or as a couple room with a double bed.
Nested into a quieter and more secluded spot on the campsite, the Moliets surf camp also boasts a large covered yoga deck. In the camp you will find shaded seating area, a tiki bar, a sunbathing deck, an outdoor cinema and plenty of fairy lights.
The surf camp in Moliets is part of a larger campsite which also has on it grounds other camps and holiday-goers. The campsite is ***-rated, has a reception, parking, playgrounds, sports courts and multiple shower and toilet blocks.
