Famous for its powerful waves, the Peniche and Baleal area is home to a variety of waves perfect for first time and beginner surfers. With its coastline that faces different swell and wind directions, you will always find a peak that's perfect for your level.
You will surf in a beautiful and sheltered surf spot right next to the island of Baleal, where you will find waves perfect for your level, especially in Summer.
At the Surf & Skate Farm you will also get one in-depth Ocean and Surf knowledge theory lesson.
A family-run farm with comfy rooms and a big outdoor space with permaculture garden, animals, swimming pool and sauna. No better place to completely disconnect for a week.

The Surf & Skate Farm is located at a short drive from Peniche, the towns of Baleal of Ferrel (where most of the bars and restaurants are) and some of the most beautiful beaches of Portugal.
This comfortable villa is located in the quiet village of Casais Brancos, and is nestled between a spacious permaculture garden and a big indoors wooden skate ramp.
There are four shared rooms upstairs and they share two bathrooms. Double and private rooms can be organised for a surcharge.
During the week you will get to use all house facilities, including the swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, kitchen, skate ramp and indoor living areas.
The Surf House maximum capacity is 12 people.

The Surf Lodge with its cozy living room and relaxing garden with swimming pool and BBQ station is made to assure you all the comfort you will need after a day of waves.
The villa has rooms with double bed and dorms room that can accommodate up to 6 guest. All the rooms are equipped with sounds system device and free WiFi. Beds are made up on your arrival with new sheets and pillows. Towels and other necessary items are provided to make sure you have nothing to worry about on your vacation.
The large swimming pool and a lush grass lawn is ideal for relaxing in the sun or streching your body in a yoga session.
If you rent your own car there is a parking lot right in front of the lodge.
Flying to Lisbon is the easiest way to get to the Farm. Once you're in Lisbon you can take the bus from Lisbon to Peniche. Check Rede Expressos and Rodoviaria do Oeste for the buses schedules and prices.
You will be picked up from the Peniche Bus Terminal.
Portugal and especially the areas around Peniche are home to an obscene amount of wave variety that can provide the goods in almost any conditions. Most famous is Supertubos, regarded by many as one of Europe's best beach breaks, but there are plenty of other waves to pull into around Peniche, including the mellow breaks of Baleal.
Central Portugal is a year round destination with swell hitting the coast almost every day of the year. You can find all kind of waves ranging from world class spots to easier beach breaks perfect for beginners.
